Looking to get on the road again after a theft

Hi everyone! I am a solo Mum of 4 boys, including 2 under 4. Unfortunately my car was stolen the other week. After finding it myself AA will not repair it & I am unable to purchase a car that will be safe for me & my children with my third party fire & theft insurance I did have.
