Waikato Country Basketball Association (WCBA) needs your help!

$260 donated
Given by 7 generous donors in 5 weeks

To support WCBA coming out of lock down and getting back on our feet, so we can continue to provide Basketball for our Community.

Waikato

With all the disruption from the Global Pandemic, we need your support. We know that a lot of our WCBA community and Whanau are finding times hard - as are we;

We are not sitting back during this time and intend to forge ahead to give you, our WCBA Community and Whanau as much availability to Basketball as we can regardless of finances. We are committed to you!!!

We still have a number of costs that have continued during lock down that we need to cover. We operate on a very limited budget, and rely on our minimal profits from hosting tournaments and competitions to get by. In current times, none of these options are available to us.

If you are in a position to donate, it would be greatly appreciated. Every little bit helps right now. We are committed to recovering from Covid19 and want to be here for our Community in Taumarunui, Waitomo, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Matamata, Morrinsville, Putaruru and Tokoroa as we all come out of this pandemic.

Use of funds

This fund will initially be used to cover our operating costs. Any surplus will be put into our hardship fund for anyone in our Community who needs it.
