Walking the Wainuiomata Hill for 24 hours

Hi Jayshri, we didn't have an exact time in mind but with the kids probably sometime before 9pm. Assuming I can get a babysitter, I might try for my solo bit at 3am or 4am as I don't imagine there will be many walkers to give Tania a break then! I don't have a login with Facebook but I'll try and check it with a friend who does.

Hi Jayshri,

To give Tania a break, is the best place to meet her at the summit on Friday the 15th? I might do one down and up with the kids in the afternoon, and one in the evening. I may even bring my caravan up if the weather is a bit rubbish so she has somewhere to shelter while we do some laps for her.

Even my kids are excited about supporting her!

Thanks for your question. Sorry I should post an update. Due to the path being closed until 4pm on the Wainui side, Tania will be starting to walk at 4pm.
