This givealittle page is in support of Chris's battle against Stage four melanoma cancer
Beachlands, Auckland
This givealittle page is in aid of my brother Chris Turner and his family.
Chris has grown up on our lovely Pohutukawa Coast from an early age.
Schooled locally and was a top sportsman involved in many local events and has worked with Toyota for many years.
His wife Kim has also been a local for many years, being a part of our local community.
Both Chris and Kim have raised their two gorgeous girls, Mikayla and Sam and are grandparents to little Onyx.
Over the last couple of years, Chris has fought a battle with stage IV melanoma cancer which started as a growth on his foot and then spread aggressively throughout his body. Chris has had three very intense medications at extreme cost, which have been paid for from personal funds and family support, but unfortunately, none of these have been effective.
As we battle this together as a family and explore every possible alternative including unfunded unsubsidized medications such as naturopathic we ask for your support to provide Chris with the best possible care and help his family get through this.
Chris is currently on leave from Papakura Toyota due to a recent operation.Kim has stopped working at present, as she has become Chris’s primary caregiver.
Chris has always been an incredibly private person who has helped so many people with a smile and has never expected anything in return.
Chris would give you the shirt off his back and give anyone his time and love.
Please share far and wide.
Thank you all in advance,
Kev.
I am his brother.
We, Chris’s family, please ask that you help Chris in any way that you can for costs that may and will arise and help make Chris’s journey if possible easier to manage as we fight this awful cancer.
