Please help my wee family get around easier

Hello there.

We are desperately needing a new car something bigger an more reliable we have 2 growing boys 1s nearly 16 an 1 whose just turned 11,our oldest son has had a liver transplant and open heart surgery he has no immuninty he gets sick a lot and has many hospital appointments, i myself have had major health issues am currently on a low dose chemo for desmoid tumors, i have had the whipples also 90% of my intestines taken out, i would love to be working to provide but with how my health is i cannot,i find it hard to not be able to provide for my family we hate asking for help but we are in dyer need of something reliable, to keep us all safe and warm thank you, we have a bun in the over which is a massive suprise and im stressing to the core trying to figure out how to get a decent car we are looking at a station wagon something that can fit us all keep us warm and safe get us to and from hospital appointments drs and school runs and of course mr 11 to his rugby games and basketball games during the week.
