Ngaire Button could look into the CCC buying a building, converting it into a medical facility and renting it on a peppercorn rental thus all upkeep costs, rates, insurance would fall on the CCC (ratepayers).

I question the room for teaching cooking to migrants etc., when schools in the east, particularly secondary schools have those facilities.
