Urgent help needed

A 24 year old boy Fadil Rahiman who is currently in Fiji needs your help. He has lost his eyesight and he needs a Vitreo-Retinal specialist to treat him here in New Zealand. Fadil is a known case of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus for 18 years. He was diagnosed to be having Advanced Proliferative Diabetes Retinopathy, which is a complication of Diabetes. He has also had one of his legs amputated a few months ago and is in a wheelchair full time. He lost both his parents over 6 years ago and he has no one there in Fiji to support him. We would really appreciate your help in trying to help Fadil get his treatment and live a normal life like one of us. Thank you in advance.
