I have CRPS and need help to cover medical expenses, acquiring a new wheelchair and modifications to our home.

I have Complex regional pain syndrome. This is a debilitating disorder that causes me to be in pain 24 hours a day. I tore my ACL playing indoor netball 8 years ago and after the first surgery developed Complex Regional Pain syndrome when a nerve was damaged during surgery. I am now dependent on a walker and a wheelchair as the disease has spread to both my legs, my cardiovascular system and upper left limbs. My walker has become very difficult to navigate as my legs gives way without warning. I have spent all but 167 days in hospital and in a care facility since May last year. We have to self-fund part of the care facility stay. Unfortunately, I have just been informed that I have to leave the care facility on the 1st of August as my funding has run out and that my new wheelchair that will help me be more mobile and independent will not be funded. I have to return home before the safe access modifications to our home will be done. We still have no guarantee that the full modifications will be covered. The unfunded cost of stay hit us hard financially as well as having to now fund the wheelchair ourselves. We also need to pay for Ketamine, as no other medications are working for my pain as well as 2 cycles of antibiotic at around $800 each cycle. The past year has taken a massive mental and financial toll on her and us as a family. I just want to get better, be mobile to be able to enjoy family life and get the modifications done to be safe at home.
