More awesome learning experiences for our kids!

Waiheke Primary School is a wonderful school in our local community. We love being an island-based school - but it does come with some challenges.

For a start, trips and visiting shows can sometimes be a bit more expensive for us than for schools on the mainland. And unlike schools on the mainland, schools on Waiheke are ineligible for many of the main community grants (such as the Lion Foundation) that other schools can access. So we need to raise this extra money through other means - like this!

This page was set up by our school parents' charity, Parents and Co, who are passionate about raising funds to create a better school experience for all our children. The funds we raise go towards such things as education outside the classroom, class trips, visiting shows, and other important initiatives, like upgrading our playgrounds.

Through this page, we specifically need your help to offer our kids a wide range of learning experiences. Your contribution will help us continue with trips off-island (which we know our children get so much out of), as well as bringing experts in sports, the arts or education to our school.

Please support us with a donation, and share with your wider family and friends who might want to support our children too.

Every $25 donated pays for on average, one child's class trip, or $100 will pay for four.
