After a bit of a slowdown in 2020 & 2021, our team is back into planning updating our cameras around the province.
A new manufacturer has given us some cost-effective options for much higher definition photos/video (4K), PTZ (point, tilt & Zoom) capabilities as well as much better low-light sensitivity. This will mean that we can offer small snippets of video, better quality photos and not so static pics. It is hoped that these cameras will be sensitive enough to pick out Aurora action for the avid photographers to be alerted on.
