    On Thursday night we handed over to Tuakau Soccer Club the AED machine that your kind and generous donations allowed us to purchase. They are so incredibly grateful for this, as are we for the one we now have in our club rooms.

    For our man Hodges, well you'll find him on a golf course some where.

    Thanks to all the kind donors, we managed to raise $3,889 – it was quite humbling the response we received from this page.

    We have purchased TWO AED machines, one for ourselves at our home ground of Brains Park. We have also had the privilege to help out a fellow Football Club, Tuakau Soccer Club. We are still awaiting the arrival of this machine, but we are very excited to pass this on to them and know how grateful they are for this.

    There are some remaining funds, we are currently working on finding the best avenue to pass this on to another football club to help their club purchase one of these lifesaving machines.

    Our mate Ash, well he is doing very well. Back at work, spent the weekend at the snow and you will find him sitting on the bench at every West Auckland game. I know that he was very humbled to see all the donations and kind words and these gave him a massive boost in the early days of his recovery.

    So, again just a massive thank you for all the donations and kind words of support - to see people from all around the country and also overseas donate generously is incredibly humbling and something that we will always be grateful for.

  • The Push Continues

    Wow, what an overwhelming response so far! Your generosity has been truly humbling, but we're not done yet! The more money we can raise the more AED's we can purchase and donate to fellow sports clubs around Auckland.

    Speaking to the man himself, he has told me that he is blown away by the support shown by you generous people and what difference it is going to make in the future.
