Youth Hub Update – 24 September 2025
Great news! We’re hoping to kick off the Youth Hub redevelopment in early 2026!
We still have a little fundraising to go, so a few more initiatives are on the way. Huge thanks to everyone who’s already chipped in through this page or directly. You’re helping make this happen!

There’s still a bit of fundraising to complete, but we are incredibly grateful for all the support so far. We can’t wait to see this project come to life!
We’re pleased to share that we have now raised $826,060, bringing us significantly closer to our fundraising target.

For nearly 50 years, Western Community Centre has been a safe space, a launchpad, and a home away from home for so many youth.
This new hub will help us to continue that tradition, giving today’s youth their own place to build friendships, grow skills, and find support.
Future generations will enjoy this tremendous resource just steps away from the skate park and court where so many of our community’s best memories are made.
