Supporting Whangarei Athletes to Compete at the World Jiu Jitsu Championships

  • We took one of the biggest teams in Northlands History to the first tournament of the year.

    We smashed it.

    We had some serious hiccups for our first tournament.

    Half of the team was competing while sick.

    Most of us had to go up weight classes, belt ranks, or down age groups to find the matches we wanted for experience.

    BUT everyone medalled and we got some great datat to work on for the next competition.

  • Sausage Sizzle

    We ran a fundraiser on the weekend with the classic sausage sizzle and a huge amounts of the best home baked goods ever.

    Massive thank you to everyone who supported us on the weekend.

    The kids absolutely smashed it out of the park.
