Mind and Body's involvement (page creator)

Mind and Body (a mental health support charity) have teamed up with Whāriki Hauora (wellbeing for the performing industry) so that we can make sure that those in need, get help.

About us

At Mind and Body, we believe that everyone has the capacity to learn, grow and change if they want to. We know this because all our Support Workers have experienced this in their own lives. Everybody who works for Mind and Body has had experience of mental distress and recovery. In other words, we get it.
