What becomes of the broken hearted...

I've had the life changing diagnosis that my heart is officially, tragically, physically broken. Long story short I'll need open heart surgery very soon to fix a prolapsed mitral valve, a hole in my heart, which is enlarged and but wait there's more ... atrial fibrillation. This will require me to have a least 3 months off work recovering... unpaid. Hence the need to raise funds. Up until the op I'll be saving my arse off to help but it still won't be enough to cover costs of living. Just asking for help to get through this life altering diagnosis... please help me fix my heart without becoming homeless in the process... yes, I can be a little dramatic lol...
