When are we expecting the judge's decision?
The Rachel MacGregor Trust
Hi Hannah,
Sadly there is no way of knowing this. We were not expecting a quick decision, in light of the number of court cases Mr Craig has brought and had brought against him, and most if not all of those decisions having been appealed. The Craig V Slater decision has now been appealed by Mr Craig, however thankfully Rachel will not be re-called to court as part of that one.

Hello: Not meaning to be a bother but on the bio of this give a little page I believe Rachel MacGregor's name is spelt incorrectly with McGregor being used. Thought I would bring this to your attention before negativity finds it :) All the best with the campaign!
The Rachel MacGregor Trust
Hi Brenna,
Thanks so much for looking out! I wasn't able to find any instances of McGregor being used, but if there is still a mistake and you're able to send me the paragraph, that would be super helpful :)

Thank you for your swift response.
That is truly awful - I don't recall seeing that anywhere.
FYI Id already donated on the assumption anything extra would go to her. Definitely don't want it back.

Thanks for the unconditional support!

Good question New...would be good if there was a voting place because I would like Rachel and Stanley to have every last cent if the court case was thrown out and I'm sure I'm not alone in that.

Thanks for your support for Rachel and her beautiful doggie, Kay. We aren't sure what the final outcome will be, but different scenarios are being discussed.

Good Morning,
If the money is no longer required where does it go?
The Rachel MacGregor Trust
Morning New
Thanks for asking this. So the unfortunate situation for Rachel is that the sum of money we're trying to raise is already required - i.e. it has already been accrued. There has been over a year of preparation for the trial that is now taking place, starting today, after Rachel discovered Colin had filed proceedings in the High Court in mid 2017. High Court trials are incredibly expensive, so every effort was made to avoid proceeding to court, but in the end, it was assessed as the best option.
