Help Nepali school kids keep warm this winter but helping buy them warm winter jackets
Auckland
Hi friends!
I’m in Nepal at the moment, volunteering for a non profit organisation called Karma flights. Right now we’re raising money to buy warm winter jackets for children in remote communities in the north of Nepal, an area that was hit hard by the earthquakes of 2015 and in desperate need of support.
Each jacket costs approximately $15NZD ($10USD/€9), and it would be amazing if you could help some kids stay warm this winter and donate whatever amount you can afford to this really nice cause.
Later this month I’ll be picking up the jackets from the factory that makes them, driving into these rural areas, and trekking into village schools to personally hand these jackets out to children, so you can be confident 100% of the money you donate will go to a child who needs it.
If you donate $15, I’ll even send you a picture of a happy smiling child wearing the flash new puffer jacket that YOU bought for them!
No donation is too small, if you have any amount to spare it would be greatly appreciated.

100% of the funds raised will be used to purchase the jackets. All funds above the goal will be used to purchase reusable sanitary pads for young girls in the same rural area of Nepal.
