I will be assembling Christmas Food Hampers for the Dunedin Women's Refuge (Te Whare Pounamu)

Otago

This year I will be continuing my personal Christmas tradition of making Christmas Hampers for Te Whare Pounamu, Dunedin Women's Refuge.

All of the money donated will go towards purchasing non-perishable food and new children's toys, which I will put into boxes and give to Te Whare Pounamu, Dunedin Women's Refuge as Christmas Hampers.

The photo you can see is the boxes of groceries, hygiene products, and new children's toys that we assembled last year in 2016. The boot and back seat of my car was full.

I will go to the supermarket and toy stores to purchase the groceries and toys. I am also accepting donations of supermarket gift cards/vouchers, non-perishable food items and new children's toys.

I plan to take the hampers to the Women's Refuge office in Dunedin on the 22nd of December.

Rosie Naylor's involvement (page creator)

Women's Refuge is an organisation close to my heart, one that has helped me in my own personal life. I'd like to be able to give back in some small way. I want to support an organisation who does so much good for women and families affected by domestic violence.

Use of funds

The money raised will go towards buying groceries for the hampers that I will assemble and take to Dunedin Women's Refuge a few days before Christmas.
