Large Radial Ganglion Cyst Removal

I am in need of a large ganglion cyst removed from my left wrist. It has entwined itself with 2 of my tendons (which control my thumb), it is sitting on a nerve with and has a vein running across it.

This is very painful all of the time and I am now losing feeling and grip. ACC do not cover these operations. Even tho I am left handed and a hair dresser.
