Yoshi the maltese puppy

Yoshi is a 9month old maltese puppy, he holds a huge place in our family and hearts. On 18th January had an accident and dislocated his two back legs, his left one been the the worse and potentially has some hip damage too. Yoshi is currently on pain medication and in a weeks time will need bloods and xrays after the swelling goes down. The xrays and bloods with me about $850 plus the cost of surgery we are looking at $2000 - $3000 per leg and that's a good case scenario that there is no hip damage too. Any donations to help yoshi not be in pain any longer and be back up and enjoying life would be humbly appreciated.
