Raising funds for a young family, currently behind in their mortgage payments, and to also cover break fees to fix for a lower rate.

Auckland

I am the mortgage broker for a young family - who are currently behind in their mortgage payments. Family have had various health problems, a premature baby, and reduction in income post Covid. In mentioning this in a mortgage brokers fb page - a number of people were keen to help - this is the most transparent method of collecting funds to give to the young family (funds will be paid directly to Sovereign their mortgage supplier) to cover arrears and pay break fees so clients can refix at lower rate, and be able to manage their repayments.
