Zeal Taranaki and Charlotte the Ironman wannabe

If you are going to do something as silly as an Ironman when you have never swam in openwater or rode a roadbike before, well you might as well raise some money and awareness for a cool as charity while you are at it.

Zeal Taranaki is the heart of what Taranaki people are about.

Their mission is to positively impact every young New Zealander through creativity. ZT (Zeal Taranaki) have just moved into their new youth centre on Powderham St which is a safe haven for afterschool hangouts, events, creative programmes, workshops, mentoring and online crisis intervention and more.

ZT offers young people a sense of belonging, an opportunity to master skills and gain independence, and encourage them to model generosity. In doing so, our young people will move from passive contributors to active contributors.

Our youth need a purpose, and need a safe place to be creative and express themselves. They have pressures that you and I can not imagine these day and Zeal is the perfect platform to give them all of this and more.
