Help Zofia race at the European Championships 2024

  • What an experience! All finished in Italy

    Sorry I did not update you earlier, I underestimated how much spare time I would have while preparing and racing.

    The European Championships are now complete, I managed to finish 7th out of 120 girls racing, much better than my expectations coming here.

    More important than the result, I have learnt a lot of things. Both about sailing, travelling, and managing myself during an event.

    Again, thank you very much, for the support you gave me in having this unforgettable experience, I will never forget it.

  • A couple of days to go!!

    Hello

    This is an update on my trip. I am flying out on Friday, and I am so excited to get to the venue in Italy. I will update you on how I am going and send a results link once I have one.

    I want to thank you for donating to help me learn and raise money for this trip. I am really grateful for your support, and I would like you to know that I will not waste this opportunity I am so fortunate to have.

    Our team has trained hard, and our preparation has gone well. The picture is from our training clinic in Napier, where we were finishing up while the sun was going down.

    There are currently 163 boys and 123 girls entered, from 47 countries!

    The opening ceremony is on the 30th of June, and racing starts on the 1st of July.
