Help Zofia race at the European Championships 2024

My name is Zofia Wells; recently, I was the first girl at the New Zealand Optimist nationals, earning me a spot to represent New Zealand sailing at the European Optimist Championships in Italy this year.

I've always set lofty goals and been fortunate enough to succeed at many of them. Last year, I set a goal and achieved victory at the Green Fleet nationals. This year, I've continued to push myself by aiming for a spot on a travelling team, which I exceeded.

I want to take responsibility for myself and my sport, empowering myself along the way. Instead of relying solely on my parents' support, I've taken it upon myself to raise funds to help with my travel expenses. I am learning lessons in fundraising and self-reliance.
