Our darling love Zorro aka Bucket is sick!
Zorro is a three-year-old Southern English Springer Spaniel, he is a wonderful dog, loved by our entire neighbourhood and especially the children!
In May 2019 he was diagnosed with IMHA, a life - threatening condition where the body attacks its own red blood cells. We got him through that.
He has most recently had a relapse of the dreaded IMTP (immune mediated thrombocytopenia).
Zorro desperately needs your help to get him through this disease!
Dr Mark Robson – the country’s expert on animal autoimmune conditions are together managing the medication with treatment being carried out at North Shore Emergency and Critical Care Centre (NSVECC) where Zorro receives a revolutionary treatment called plasma apheresis.
Dr Mark Robson, Dr Tommy Fluen, Dr Sean Johnson, Dr Geoff Neal his vet GP and the team at NSVECC are now working hard to get Zorro through this condition.
Please Help our Zorro to live a full healthy life.
Can you help Zorro?
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, please help Zorro…
Funds received are solely to pay for Zorro’s treatment; Should things not go to plan the funds will pay bills that already exist and excess funding goes to NSVECC for other dogs who need plasma apheresis that can be done too.
Funds paid have been deducted from initial goal. 30 September 2020
