In honour of friends and family I have lost to suicide I am climbing 1 new mountain a month in 2024🤍

Let’s make this year about kindness, respect and love! Life is a journey not a competition, we will all have times of struggle and suffering! Let’s have each other’s backs, reach out to friends, smile at a stranger! One small gesture can help someone on their darkest days!
