Cam's 10km Swim for Cancer

Last year I swam 5km in open water at the the 2025 Dock to Dock event in London UK. Which was a fantastic event and a great challenge. This year I'm taking it a step further and swimming 10km across London's Royal Docks, my first open water marathon event.

In training for last years event, I got some news that someone very close to me was diagonised with an aggressive and well progressed form of cancer. Fortunatley through a long treatment process, they have pulled through. Through this treatment I decided that for my next personal challenge I wanted to couple my suffering with giving back to a cause that is now close to me.

Which is why this year, I'm doing the swim for more than just my own personal achievement. I'm swimming to raise money for the New Zealand Cancer Society.

I have no fundraising goal in mind, I will be happy with whatever is raised and I would greatly appreciate donations of any value.
