10 weeks cold cheeks...join Tom for 10 weeks of daily cold plunges in Lake Wanaka!

Not just a jump but a 3 minute plunge, every weekday around 7:15am for 10 weeks! This challenge will take everyone who fancies a dip out of their comfort zone and, whether a community of dippers join or it's a solitary soak each morning, I hope to learn about self discipline, cold exposure and the health benefits that come with cold cheeks - all whilst raising some much needed funds for Cat Rescue Wanaka.
I'll be getting in by the wharf on the lake front so, if you feel you want to learn a little more about what you're capable of, come join in.

Cat Rescue Wanaka does amazing work trapping, de sexing and releasing or rehoming wild cats. Their non kill efforts are slowly turning the tide of reducing the number of wild cats in the region. So much work goes on behind the scenes and I'd love to help!
