Zoe, Imogen & myself wanted to do something fun & challenging to help raise funds to make someone's Christmas just that little bit better this year.
We had heard about Tracey's story to get little Harrison a play space to help with his growth. Harrison has Cerebral Palsy and a Tethered Spinal Cord - we thought this sounded like a worthy cause!
We were also inspired by Tracey's WORLD RECORD for the longest continual concept 2 row completed this weekend - a continuous 48 hours!! Congratulations on an amazing feat Tracey!!!
With that in mind, we decided to have our own attempt at something fairly crazy within the fitness world, because 48 hours on a rower sounds significantly harder than what we had in mind!! So instead, we are doing 12 Hero WODs in 12 Hours!!
We have decided to throw down at CrossFit Dunedin next Sunday the 20th of December. We will begin at 8am & go until 8pm. All 3 of us are going to do the same workout each hour until we are done for the day!
Anyone is welcome to come down to watch & share in our pain! Snacks & drinks are also welcome.
We decided to do 12 hero WODs which was inspired by CrossFit O.U.R who did this exact schedule on Saturday 12th December in Utah, USA for their own worthy cause.

8am - Holleyman
9am - Jack
10am - 31 Heroes
11am - Robert Cordice
12pm - The Chief
1pm - Scotty
2pm - Nate
3pm - Donny
4pm - Taylor 91
5pm - Randy
6pm - DG
7pm - Murph
