Fundraising for Youthline Central North Island Incorporated
Manawatu / Whanganui
Every young person deserves a place where they feel they belong. A place where they are seen, heard, and can show up as their true, authentic self.
On November 20th I’ll be taking part in the BYOBYU in Palmerston North, a community running event where we'll be completing 6.7km loops on the hour. My personal goal is to complete 18 laps - approximately 120km.
This challenge is about more than distance. It’s about connection.
Everyone has their own challenges, dreams, and stories. But our strength comes from coming together, supporting each other and creating spaces where people don’t have to face things alone.
That’s the kaupapa behind Youthline. It’s not just about what we do, it’s about the spaces we hold and create. Spaces where young people can connect, find belonging and be themselves.
I’m raising funds to help transform our Youth Development Team space into an inviting, youth-focused environment where we can host groups, mentoring sessions, casual pop-ups and youth-led initiatives.
A space where rangatahi know they are welcome.
A space where connections can grow.
A space where young people can belong.
If you’d like to support this kaupapa, you can donate as a one-off amount or pledge an amount per lap completed.
If you want to be part of the day, join me for a lap (or 10), or help in any other way, flick me an email at craig.lowe@youthline.co.nz.
Thanks for being part of the journey.
