At Youthline Central North Island, we support rangatahi and their whānau in a range of ways, all free of charge. From one-to-one mentoring and counselling to school-based support and youth groups, we're here to ensure young people have someone they can turn to when life feels overwhelming - or simply when they need someone in their corner.

Our one-to-one mentoring is built on genuine relationships. Through regular catch-ups, shared activities and meaningful conversations, our Youth Development Team walk alongside young people as they navigate life's ups and downs. We're not here to fix anyone-because young people aren't broken. We're here to help them recognise their strengths, build confidence, develop resilience and realise just how capable and awesome they already are. For those who need additional support, our qualified counsellors provide a safe space to explore life's challenges, while our school-based services make support easier to access where young people spend much of their time. We also run inclusive youth groups, including our Rangatahi group and Friends of Dorothy, our rainbow youth group, where connection, belonging and positive relationships can flourish.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps us reach another young person who needs someone to listen, encourage and believe in them. Your support helps us continue creating safe spaces, building strong relationships, and ensuring more rangatahi have access to the care they deserve.
