I'm raising funds for The Prostate Cancer Foundation New Zealand to support ongoing research, screening and treatment to those in need.
Auckland
On February 9th 2019 I will be embarking on a 162.2km journey through the Tarawera forest running between Rotorua and Kawerau in New Zealand's North Island for over 25 hours.
I'm raising money for The Prostate Cancer Foundation New Zealand because it's an illness that could hit anyone of us and without warning. It's a timely reminder for males over the age of 35 years to get regularly checked by your family physician.
Why run so far? Well I need a good headline that's going to stand out from the rest. Too many people run marathons nowadays so running almost 4 marathons in the mountains will be my greatest challenge to date. I invite you all to follow my Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/Ashsportz2/.

Lastly please give generously to a very worthy cause, our goal is $50,000 NZD and every donation will help make a difference to those in need.
I'm supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation New Zealand because the unexpected could happen to any of us.
