Join my 1K Challenge, and Donate to Cure Kids Today! Let's exercise together, and fundraise together! Our Challenge is to get to $1K in 10 Days and do at least 1Km a day. But there is a catch.....

Run, Walk, Cycle, Crawl whatever you fancy, just exercise to at least 1k a day for 10 days.

Have fun on social, tell me how many K's you do each day. I will be adding them up, and also making sure your doing the minimum of 1K a day.

Do less than 1K and donate $5 on the day.

I also have a e-Swear Jar for those that cannot exercise. Don't want you to feel left out. $1.00 per swear word, just donate it in the 1K Challenge e-Swear Jar right here.
