CrossFit Central Wellington will workout for 24 hours (from December 13, 2:00pm) to raise funding and awareness for Key To Life.

CrossFit Central Wellington has a tradition of using sweat power to raise money and awareness for deserving local organisations. The entire membership participates does what we do best - challenging workouts - for 24 hours trying to go as far, heavy, or many times as possible.
We'll be going from December 13, 2:00pm until December 14, 2:00pm. We will be working out in pairs for 45 minutes, trying to accumulate as many metres on an indoor rower as possible. BUT, before starting on the rower and every 15 minutes teams will need to complete a 'buy-in' of 24 Box Jumps, Sit Ups, Wall Balls and KB Swings (each!).
The Key to Life Charitable Trust believes it is time to stop throwing negatives at the problem of suicide and to start throwing positives at the solution! We need to start talking about suicide, about “why” people become so desperate that they feel they can’t go on. When you ask questions, you find answers.
