24hr Murph challenge

Given by 10 generous donors in around 6 months

Putting ourselves through hell, to raise funds for veterans and active duty personnel

Canterbury

We are going to be breaking the world record for the most consecutive Murphs within a 24hr period.

In order to achieve this, we will individually need to complete 38 miles of running, 1,900 Pull ups,

3,800 Press ups, 5,700 Squats, within 24hrs, whilst wearing a 10kg weighted vest.

We are undertaking this challenge to raise funds for two individual charities, the first being Help for

Heroes and the second being the NZ SAS trust. We feel that both veterans and active-duty military

personnel are undervalued in today’s society and are often wrongly held to account for the actions

of government. We want to use this event to shine the light on them and the work they do,

acknowledging the sacrifice they make and their quality as individuals.
