30 day cold water challenge, fundraising for rural change

I myself have been in the deepest darkest hole and battled my way out. I want to help to fundraise money for this great initiative so that others don’t have to battle through what I did by themselves.

Mental health awareness is something that is not spoken about in rural communities and often we end up with mental health problems and don’t say anything. People don’t know until it’s too late.

Let’s get the money together for this awesome initiative and let’s make a change for our rural communities.
