A bid to help make kiwi kids stronger (and me a tiny bit fitter)

Auckland

What better way to mark my big birthday than running* 30km and fundraising for a good cause.

The Sir John Kirwan Foundation (and the man himself) have done so much to open the conversation around mental wellbeing in Aotearoa. They're currently working to teach primary and intermediate school kids mental health education through a programme called Mitey (which is possibly more necessary now than it's ever been). Click this link for a better explanation than I can provide: https://www.mitey.org.nz/about-mitey/what-is-mitey

If you can, please give a little to help make kiwi kids the mightiest. It would be a great birthday present.

*hopefully running. Definitely not fit enough rn.
