The first week of May is Perinatal Mental Health Awareness Week - help support this amazing charity by donating dollars towards supporting the wellbeing of families and whanau throughout NZ.
During the first week of May, I will run 30ks for PADA!

All proceeds go straight to PADA.
Did you know that in New Zealand, 25% of women suffer from anxiety or depression during or after pregnancy and 10% of men experience depression after a child is born?
PADA is a national organisation advocating for anyone experiencing mental illnesses as a result of pregnancy, childbirth or early parenthood. PADA believe that if a parent experiences perinatal mental illness they should know support is available and that they’re not alone.

30ks for PADA delayed 2 May 2022
Just a wee update, especially to those of you who have kindly donated to 30ks for PADA.
I am currently a week in to a suspected March fracture of the 3rd metatarsal bone in my right foot.
This unfortunately means resting and no running at the moment, but please know, as soon as I get the all clear, I will be completing this challenge! It just won't be in the first week of May.
