Running for Mental Health

Hi everyone,
I'm running my first marathon to raise money for the New Zealand Mental Health Foundation.
As I near the completion of my training, I've been reminded of how much exercise has helped to improve my own mental health over the years. I'm grateful to have an accessible tool that works for me and wanted to use this opportunity to raise funds and awareness around mental health for those who may not have found their tools yet.
I'm surrounded by amazing, strong people in my life, and the majority of them (including myself!) have struggled with their mental health at one stage or another. I'd like to use this opportunity to raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and help more Kiwi's gain access to the support they deserve. Every contribution you make—big or small—will go directly to the Foundation, helping those who need it most.
All support is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use.
