What 7 year old Mia's Asking You To Do, While She Chops Her Hair for Kiwi Kids & Climate Change
Auckland
I don’t want to chop my hair off. BUT I WANT TO HELP KIDS MORE.
My name is Mia and I am 7 years old. Kiwi kids need our help.
So I'm chopping & donating 36 cm of hair to help make a wig for someone who needs it more.
I’m also hoping to raise funds for both: 350 Aotearoa & Cure Kids. Please Help by:
1. Sharing my page with your friends and family.
2. Giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. Any donation is a help.
3. Doing fun quizzes & calculators below. To test what you know & what you can do:
- "The most effective ways to curb climate change might surprise you" From CNN International:

- NZ Environment Quiz: https://www.consumer.org.nz/articles/environmental-quiz
- Carbon Footprint Calculator https://www.toitu.co.nz/tools-and-resources/for-individuals
A BIG THANK YOU for reading this.
From me & Kiwi kids everywhere,
Mia :)

1. "350 Aotearoa is the New Zealand arm of the international climate movement 350.org, which aims to unite the world around climate change solutions. Here’s how we get there:
Keep carbon in the ground.
Help build a new, more equitable low-carbon economy.
Pressure governments into limiting emissions."
2. "Cure Kids funds vital medical research to help improve, extend and save the lives of Kiwi kids living with serious illnesses and conditions. They are currently supporting over $10 million across 60 child health projects." https://curekids.org.nz/
I'm Mia's mum & we're super proud of her!
