Fundraising for Progress to Health
Hamilton, Waikato
Beginning on 28th July 2025, I’ll be running 5km every day for 5 months — a total of 750km — to raise money for Progress to Health, an incredible organisation helping people through their mental health and recovery journeys.
Just like recovery, this challenge is long, personal, and full of ups and downs. It’s also something I’m incredibly passionate about. This isn’t just about running — it’s about building community, opening up conversations, and showing what happens when we push past our comfort zones in support of others.
Progress to Health focuses on long-term support and inclusion, empowering people to live the lives they choose. I want to help them continue that life-changing work.
This is part of a 3-charity fundraiser, which also includes Lifeline NZ and MATES in Construction — each playing a vital role in the wider mental health picture.
