Hi! My name is Faith and I am 21 years old. Mental health has been apart of me for most of my life, dealing with severe anxiety from a young age. This cause means a lot to me and I want to do what i can for those struggling with their mental health as i know how hard it can be to walk through that mud. My amazing friend Rebecca and I have decided we want to run/walk 30k around Argyle park in gumboots to raise awareness and help support all those that need it.
