Two weeks till the end of a 12-week training camp for Hirepool Clash for Construction.
November 8th, I will enter the ring in an effort to raise money for MATES.
Starting Weight, 19th of August, I was 104kgs
As of October 23rd, I'm 86kgs and still going strong!
Only two weeks left before the fight, let's see if I can hit that 20kgs lost in 3months!
MATES in Construction has one simple but hugely ambitious aim – to reduce the number of lives lost to suicide in the construction industry. In 2019, construction had the highest male suicide rate for any occupational group.
I'm stepping out of my comfort zone to raise awareness and funds for those battling within the construction industry.
