La Leche League New Zealand has had a lifelong impact on my family’s health and wellbeing. Through the support and encouragement offered by its trained volunteers, my breastfeeding journey has been a rewarding one and filled with great companions along the way.

We did it. Snow, hail and bitter winds could not deter this team from completing the task to raise funds for La Leche League New Zealand. The positive attitude of each team member and support and encouragement provided by our support team and YOU our sponsors, contributed to this being a great success and memorable adventure. Father and grandfather, Peter Lawson not only played his bagpipes at the top, he also went ahead to welcome us all as we completed our journey nine hours after setting off.
