Help Samuel raise the 20K needed to train his assistant dog Liam through ADNZ

Canterbury

Help Samuel get his Assistance Dog that will change his life!

Samuel has the amazing opportunity to have an assistant dog called Liam through ADNZ.

Liam (the dog) will retrieve items for Samuel, he will be his companion and alert adults when alarms go off such as Samuels feed pump and breathing machine plus more.

This is life changing for our 5yr old boy living with an extremely progressive form of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

At 5 Samuel is reliant on his wheelchair, is tube feed, lives with a fragile immune system and requires help to breath while sleeping.

We need to raise 20K ASAP and would be so grateful to anyone who can help make this happen.

As you can imagine our daily costs of raising our handsome boy with his many extra needs is costly and we can only have Liam the assistance dog with your help.

Samuel has 2 sisters and a brother and Liam will be a valuable asset in allowing Samuel to participate in his community with his family.

ALL funds raised will go directly to ADNZ.
