Round the Bays cancelled - your donations still went to a very worthy cause

Well, it's not what anyone wanted and I feel disappointed that Round the Bays 2021 was not able to go ahead because of moving to Alert Level Three this morning. I do know that it was the right thing to do to look after each other's health and help contain the spread.
I just wanted to reassure everyone who kindly donated that your money still went directly to Mental Health Therapies NZ. Together we raised just over six months' worth of therapy for a kiwi mum healing from intimate partner violence. That's something we can all be very proud of amidst these challenging times.
I'm going to think over the next few days about whether I do my own run around my local area. But for now, thank you so much again for all your generous donations. It will make a massive difference to someone's life.
