With a strong will, good support and lots of work he is progressing well and aims to achieve this goal in September 2012
Update for 19/08/2012 19 August 2012
Hi everyone, Thank?you all?so much for your support so far.?Only 2 weeks to go - a bit of banter?starting to come through from Austen?as the time gets closer. We are both so stoked to have raised the money to?date and looking forward to aiming for 3000! Both Austen and I have been putting in the hard yards and slowly building the?distances we are running. Having both managed a?19 km run this week the confidence levels are?starting to rise. We have a 10km trial next Sunday....I am going to be pushing?Austen to try and beat?him so its 1 all?prior to the big event the following week. Austen?continues to work hard with his rehab coming to the?physio pool once a week, gym once?a week and working out with Trev (Personal Trainer)?once a week as well.
