Colin 'Dish it Up' Mansbridge, CEO – Crusaders.

What is your cooking experience? Let’s just say that my wife doesn’t often ask me to cook…

What is your signature dish? It would have to be the dessert that won us the competition in 2020… although I can’t claim that for myself, as the whole team contributed to our masterpiece.

Why are you putting yourself on the line? Bayleys Plate Up for a Purpose is such an important cause, and here at the Crusaders we believe that every child deserves equal opportunity. This is a fantastic initiative for school-aged children in Canterbury, enabling young people to set themselves up on their own path to success, much like the Crusaders team. By Crusading with Heart I’m really looking forward to participating in this event for another year and helping to raise as much as we can for our wider community.

Right, here we go again. The Christchurch City Mission needs money to put shirts on backs, shoes on feet and books in bags for children whose parents can’t afford uniforms, stationery, and other basics throughout the school year. Looking forward to another tight cook off - winners are grinners :)
