Raising awareness of Parkinson's

$500 of $10,000 goal
Given by 13 generous donors in around 3 months

We are asking you to sponsor/donate to us as we challenge ourselves to cycle the Round Brunner Cycle Race on January 30, 2016

Canterbury

We are raising funds for the MS Southland Branch, as they have given great support to my Mum and Fiona's Grandmother. A lot of the work done by the local Support person is done out of the goodness of her heart because funds are so limited.

Lesley Bracefield's involvement (page creator)

We are involved because Mum (Nana) was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease many years ago and she has had amazing support from the local Support person - Doreen Dickey, who does a lot of the support work out of the goodness of her heart, as funds are extremely limited.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
