Donations will go towards a reward to be given to any person that can provide information to Hawk's whereabouts, leading to his return.

**Update March 2 2019 **
Sadly Hawk has been located deceased. No further information is known at this stage. It is not known if providing a reward has led to information in finding him. Very sad outcome.
Hawk, a two year old miniature horse, and beloved pet, was taken from his paddock in Bell Block, New Plymouth during the night of the 21st February. His owner, Ayla Mcgowan, is distraught and has said she will not stop looking for him. Police have been notified of his disappearance, and have conducted forensic inquiries, which have provided no leads. I have set up this page for Ayla in the hope that offering a reward may bring someone forward with information as to Hawk's whereabouts so he can be returned home, where he belongs, to Ayla.
Hawk's disappearance has been made public on TV3's The Project NZ, The Daily News, and Stuff NZ.
Any information leading to Hawk's return will be rewarded with the donated funds, with no questions asked.
Any funds raised over and above the goal of $2000 will be donated to the New Plymouth Riding for the Disabled. If the possibility should arise that Hawk is found without requiring any reward to be paid, all funds raised will be donated to NPRDA.
I don't know Ayla personally. She has had her pony stolen, which she had shown on social media, and was selling her gear to try to raise funds for a reward for his return. I thought this page might be a better option to raise funds for this reward, and also help further to get the pony's picture out. Just trying to help her out.
